SAB Innovation Champions

Day 0 AI Voice & Anti-AI Writing

Make AI sound like you, and keep it accurate.

Before the programme begins, set up two simple documents that tell any AI tool how you want to sound and how to stay accurate. Build them once, then use them every time you write, pitch, research or prepare ideas.

Overview

What you will create

Each champion creates two simple documents and reuses them everywhere.

DOCUMENT 1

My AI voice document

Tells the AI how you want to sound: your role, audience, tone, formatting and the words to avoid.

DOCUMENT 2

My anti-AI writing document

Tells the AI what to avoid, how to stay human, and how to reduce made-up claims.

Use both whenever you ask ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or any other AI tool to help you write, explain, pitch, research or prepare ideas.

1 Part 1

Create your AI voice document

Your AI voice is a short guide that tells AI how you want your writing to sound. Think of it as giving AI your communication style.

A good AI voice includes

  • Who you are
  • Who you speak to
  • How you want to sound
  • How you want your writing to look
  • What words or phrases to avoid
  • A short example of your own writing
Prompt 1 Interview me to create my AI voice
I want to create my own AI voice document.

Act like a writing coach.

Ask me one question at a time.

Use these questions:
1. What is your role?
2. Who do you usually write or speak to?
3. What types of writing do you need AI to help with?
4. What 5 words describe how you want to sound?
5. What 5 words describe how you do not want to sound?
6. Do you prefer short, medium or detailed answers?
7. Should your writing feel formal, friendly, professional, direct or warm?
8. What words or phrases do you dislike?
9. What kind of examples should AI use?
10. Can you paste a short sample of writing that sounds like you?

After I answer, create a short AI voice document I can reuse.

Keep it simple, practical and easy to paste into ChatGPT or Claude.
Prompt 2 Turn my answers into an AI voice document
Turn my answers into a reusable AI voice document.

Structure it like this:
1. My role
2. My audience
3. My tone
4. My writing style
5. My formatting rules
6. Words and phrases to avoid
7. Example of my voice
8. Final instruction to AI

Keep it short.

Write it so I can paste it into ChatGPT Custom Instructions, Claude Profile Preferences, Claude Styles or a project instruction box.

Example of my writing:
[Paste a short example here]

Final instruction:
When you write for me, use this voice. If my request is unclear, ask one useful question or make a sensible assumption and label it clearly.
2 Part 2

Create your anti-AI writing document

Anti-AI writing means the final output sounds human, clear and credible. AI often writes smoothly but empty, and it can make things up. That is called a hallucination.

What is a hallucination?

A hallucination is when AI states something as if it is true, but it has no proof. Examples:

  • Making up a statistic
  • Inventing a source
  • Guessing what a customer said
  • Creating a fake company policy
  • Claiming SAB does something without evidence
  • Saying research proves something without showing the research
Why it matters
In banking, accuracy matters. A made-up fact can damage trust.
Prompt 3 Interview me to create my anti-AI writing rules
I want to create my own anti-AI writing document.

Act like an editor.

Ask me one question at a time.

Use these questions:
1. What kind of writing do you want AI to help with?
2. What makes AI writing sound bad to you?
3. What words or phrases should AI never use?
4. What type of claims should AI be careful with?
5. What information should AI never invent?
6. How should AI handle uncertainty?
7. How should AI label assumptions?
8. How should AI mark anything that needs evidence?
9. What tone should AI use when correcting or improving my writing?
10. What final checklist should AI use before giving me an answer?

After I answer, create a short anti-AI writing document I can reuse.
Prompt 4 Create my anti-AI writing document
Turn my answers into a reusable anti-AI writing document.

Structure it like this:
1. Writing rules
2. Accuracy rules
3. No hallucination rules
4. Words and phrases to avoid
5. How to handle missing information
6. How to separate facts from assumptions
7. Final answer checklist

Keep it simple and practical.

Make it suitable for ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini.

Writing rules:
- Write clearly.

1. What we know
2. What we assume
3. What needs checking
4. Suggested next step

Use these labels:
[Fact]
[Assumption]
[Needs evidence]
[Risky claim]

Before finalising, check:
- Does this sound human?
- Is it clear?
